The high today was 64 degrees. Insane for February. It was a beauty-full day. It was so nice to open the windows and get some fresh air in here. So nice.

Speaking of things that are nice. Parenthood was so good last night. I love that show. Like, I luuuurve it. Yay for Crosby and Jasmine.

My momma had surgery on Monday. A knee-replacement. Yowza. We went and saw her tonight. She was already up and scootin' around. Amazing, that lady. She sent the girls home with her balloons and candy brought to her by some friends. That is just like her. Spoiling her grandbabies.

Oh and guess what! I am going to be an Aunt again! My younger brother Jake is having a third! His baby girl is only 7 months old. He also has a 5 year old son. I am over the moon about this. I could tell he was too.

Hearts at Home is in 15 days people! 15 days. A few days away with friends. Can't wait! I only have to worry about myself, eat whatever I want and not have to share, and no changing diapers. I will miss the munchkins like crazy, but it is a great time to recharge so I can be a better mom for them. This is my 6th year I think. Good times.

I really hope winter decides not to come in March. Perennials are blooming already and my pansies never died. That has never happened.
Lastly, on Facebook the other day, Sasha posted that she just found a new shade of nude nail polish that she was loving. Of course, being the nail polish junkie that I am I had to pick some up. It's called Mamba by Essie. I really like it too.
Not much ahead for us this week. I hope to get some cleaning done. Maybe some organizing too. This house is ridiculously cluttered and just plain messy. It's embarrassing. Knowing me, I will just chuck the cleaning plans and get caught up on some Project Life or sewing.
I wish I could wave a magic wand and make it all go away. The junk I mean. Help!
