I am participating in yellow week hosted by Erin over at House on Hill Road. I have only been blogging a few weeks and I just love her thoughts and ideas! This challenge shouldn't be that hard for me considering two rooms in my home are yellow, and I happen to love the color. I accent my kitchen with many colors....yellow is one.
Visit Erin's blog to see a complete list of everyone playing along.
We had a very busy weekend. Friday I went to Faith's Valentine's Day party and had to take B-belle with me. I found out that there is a little boy named Grant in her class that wants to marry her. His mom informed me that he writes 'I love Faith' on his papers and says that he wants to buy her a wedding dress. I asked Faith what she thought of him and she said, "He likes me ALOT." (she sighed heavily) "He follows me everywhere." This is Faith and her 'future' husband...hehehe....look closely, he is holding her arm :)
B-belle and her beloved brownie.
Later that evening my hubby took me to the Cheesecake Factory, my favorite restaurant. Then we saw the movie, He's just not that into you. Payback for him taking me to see Valkeryie(a horribly depressing and sad movie about Hitler and the men who tried to save Germany from him but didn't succeed) Anywhooo, there were more men at the movie than I thought...my hubby made it through the movie, but I did catch him dozing.
Saturday was spent at our local Science Center to see their new exhibit, A T-Rex named Sue. It's one of only two T-Rex skeletons with its arms found intact. Pretty amazing.
This is a photo of a T-rex that is a re-creation of a real one. B-belle was wicked scared of it. She thought that if it couldn't see her then it couldn't get her. She hid in her stroller the rest of the day.
This is her reaction. Priceless! I love torturing my kids...hehehe.
Sunday, we left the house at 9am and returned home at 8pm. Church, lunch, birthday party, dinner at a friends house, church again, and then home! I look forward to a relaxing rest of the week.
